Jonnu Smith Dynasty Trade Value

Jonnu Smith dynasty outlook

Jonnu Smith carries a 28 value, which places him #382 overall and #65 among 67 TEs. The next player above him at TE is Mitchell Evans, worth 40, a gap of 12 points. Below him, Taysom Hill sits at 22, 6 points lower. He sits in tier 38 on the FantasyCalc board. Jonnu Smith is 31.1, already 2.1 years past the TE peak of 29, so the window is short. He has 9 seasons behind him. Dynasty value (28) runs 28 points over redraft (0), a a small share premium for the long run. That long-term premium makes him a core hold for a rebuilder, while a contender can use it to buy more current production. His 30-day value is down 23 points (about 45%); sellers have been pushing the price lower. A falling trend can mean a buying window if the decline outpaces the underlying situation, but it can also be the start of a slide. Rule of thumb: sell. Jonnu Smith is past the TE peak, so contenders should consider trading him while the market still prices his name, and rebuilders should move him first. PPR note: the 12-team PPR scale matters for tight ends, since receptions drive most of their fantasy output. Jonnu Smith was drafted in 2017, round 3, pick 36. He came out of Florida International. He is listed with GB.
